About Our CEO
Nisha
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
With a degree in Merchandise Marketing from FIDM and both a BS and MS in Organizational Psychology, our CEO brings a rare blend of creative flair and strategic insight to the world of entrepreneurship. She has 15 years of management experience and over a decade supporting C-suite executives—giving her a deep understanding of leadership, branding, and business operations.
As a woman of color, small business owner, and parent, she knows firsthand the challenges of launching a business, building a meaningful brand, navigating social media, and juggling life’s many roles. These experiences inspired her to create Brand & Thrive—a space where small business owners can find guidance, inspiration, and the tools they need to grow with purpose.
